Other things to note:

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £80.

There is no washing machine in the property, however, a laundrette is less than 5 min walk way.

This is one of our favourite locations for quick access to vibrant Southsea! As we already mentioned, The Garage Lounge is an amazing coffee and cake shop directly opposite, as well as many other shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
