The space:

This recently renovated, spacious Penthouse flat, has 3 double bedrooms each with flatscreen TV, there is also a single sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.

The spacious kitchen area leads to a South-West facing balcony with stunning views over Southsea to the sea, catching the afternoon and evening sun, perfect for al fresco dining!

The shops, bars and restaurants of Albert Road are on your doorstep, the Seafront is only a 10-15 minute walk and a few minutes & a 25 minute walk will take you to Gunwharf Quays shopping and dining complex, the D-Day museum and the Historic Dockyard.

This flat is perfect if you are attending a University Graduation, Victorious Festival, the Great South run or any other occasion. There is plenty to do in beautiful Southsea.

Other things to note:

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

Overview of local area:

This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop – The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, whatever you need all within a stone’s throw! You are also extremely close to the King’s Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth’s historic dockyard.

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving – you will require visitor’s permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay.
