Neighborhood

You have the convenience of a Tesco Express almost immediately across the street. The waterfront is about a 15 minute walk away, you’re bound to find it if you just take a right out your front door. You’ll pass the historic Eastney Tavern, and be greeted by the beachfront cafe The Coffee Cup. North of you is Fratton Park if you fancy catching a game, and several other pubs. Just across from you is also a playground, and if you are a biker the Hayling ferry is close by and allows bikes for free- why not bike the Southsea waterfront then catch the short ferry to Hayling?

Access

Guests have the flat to themselves.

Space

Step off the street into a private, modern apartment- you enter the living room which has a very comfortable, large sofa bed (which converts into a double bed for extra guests), smart TV, and an electric fireplace. Just past this room is the full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The bedroom looks out onto the garden and features a brand new double bed and luxurious sheets, as well as a mattress topper which can be moved onto the sofa bed for extra comfort there. There is a closet with hanging space as well as an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen at the end of the hallway is well appointed with all the basics, a table for four, plenty of storage, and a brand new oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. Brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee and have a croissant out in the garden, which is perfect for yard games or space for a dog to run. Or catch one of our magnificent sunsets while having dinner.

Transit

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 25 min walk. If you are driving – you will require visitor’s permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

Notes

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

PLEASE NOTE – IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £400 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £90.
