We are looking for experienced contract cleaners to join our team and carry out cleaning and turnover of managed holiday / serviced accommodation in Southsea. Applicants must have at least 1 years experience cleaning to a very high standard. Ideally in the holiday / serviced accommodation, Airbnb or hotel industry. Cleaners will be expected to;
- Accept and decline jobs via a mobile application
- Inspect properties on arrival and report issues via the app with clear photos and comments
- Strip beds and launder linen and towels
- Thoroughly clean properties to an exceptionally high standard using a digital check list and
upload photos of completed work
- Restock towels and make beds to a hotel standard
- Test amenities such as WiFi, TV, light bulbs etc. to ensure they are working and replace light
bulbs / batteries as needed
- Restock guest and cleaning supplies
- Fully reset the property to a high standard and provide finishing touches based on the guest
requirements such as, welcome messages, parking permits or setting up travel cots
- Disinfect all high touches surfaces to make the property COVID safe
Most turnovers take place between 11am-3pm, but occasionally there can be cleaning requirements outside of these times. Turnovers can be any day of the week but we are busiest on Fridays and Sundays. Standard turnovers are a set price per property, based on £10 per hr.

• Be able to manage their own time and prioritise cleaning tasks
• Take pride in their work and have strong attention to detail
• Work as part of a team and communicate well
• Be responsive and flexible. Able to accept jobs at short notice
• Able to understand written English and at least a moderate level of spoken English • Be proficient in working with mobile apps and taking good quality photos
