The space
A lovely big bright spacious 2nd floor flat with split levels and high ceilings. It is 1 bedroom but the large living area includes a day bed which can be used as a single or pulled out into a double and comes with comfortable foam mattresses.
We have travel cots and high chairs available to rent. Please advise if these are required for your stay so I can drop them off at the flat beforehand.
The flat is based on the main road but is rear facing looking out on a quiet road to the back. It is based in a building with full time tenants so guests will need to be mindful of this.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £400 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £90.

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;
Mon-Sun: 10:00-19:00pm
IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb.
Other things to note
Please be aware the flat is on the 3rd floor and there's no lift.
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.
A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
