Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 7am.

All of our properties are non-smoking (this includes the terrace) as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £80.

There is no laundry facilities on site for guests but there is a laundrette just 5 mins walk away.

Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.

If you’re looking to explore vibrant Southsea, this studio is in a fantastic location with so much on your doorstep! If you’re a sucker for a coffee and a place to watch the world go by, there is an amazing coffee and cake shop – The Garage Lounge – just opposite, which we highly recommend. There are bars, restaurants, shops and even hairdressers all within a stone’s throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays.
