The space:
This beautiful and spacious 1920s-inspired studio lives within a converted guesthouse. Finished perfectly with authentic Art Deco furnishings, it is most certainly full of character.
This is one of our larger studios at the centre of the building which means there is less noise from the main road. It also separates the kitchenette from the living space. All the basic essentials are available for making a light meal, including a single electric hob, microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware. *Please note there is no washing machine but there is a laundrette nearby.
The studio has a large en-suite bathroom providing a walk-in shower and a separate bath. The bedroom comes complete with a wardrobe, dressing table and there is also an easy chair which converts into a single sofa bed suitable for a child.
Other things to note:
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.
A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £80 .
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.
There is no washing machine in the property, however, a laundrette is less than 5 min walk way.
