The space:

Great for space and perfect in style, this flat has high ceilings and beautiful Victorian-style coving and fireplaces. But that doesn’t stop it from having a modern edge, with stylish furnishing and facilities. The open plan kitchen leads into a welcome lounge area that is great for a cosy evening in and socialising. You won’t be stuck for things to do, as the flat comes ready with board games, books and even an Xbox 360.

With just a short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants, it is the perfect base for exploring Southsea and ideal for families.

Other things to note:

Please be aware the flat is on the lowest floor of the property but there are steps leading up to the front door.

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

Overview of local area:

Just 10 minutes away from the gorgeous historic seafront, there’s plenty of exploring to do in the surrounding area. The road the accommodation is on leads straight down to the seafront or the other direction takes you to a main eclectic road with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. If you fancy walking further afield, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard will take about 35 mins or you can take a 10 min taxi.
