The space
A beautiful spacious first floor flat with flair! High ceilings and a generous hallway greet you when you walk through the door. All rooms are large, airy and decorated with unique and eclectic furnishings from the owner's world travels. A perfect space to socialise and hang-out while in Southsea.
The beautifully decorated lounge makes a cosy place to spend an evening in with smart TV and Netflix account.
The kitchen is a great social space. It's fully equipped for cooking and includes a dishwasher. There is a large dining area with window seat where you can see down to Albert Road in one direction or Spinnaker tower in the other direction.
The mater bedroom has a king bed and a luxurious feel. It's peacefully located at the rear of the building overlooking the garden below. The second bedroom has a double bed and is slightly more fun and quirky and it features a dressing table-come-study desk area.
The bathroom is also roomy and has both a sunken bath and walk in shower.
A travel cot and high chair are available to rent on request.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £500 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £110.

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;
Mon-Sun: 10:00-19:00pm
IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb.
Other things to note
The owner lives at the property at some periods during the year and stores some personal possessions at the property, although they will be kept out of guests way.
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.
A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.
