The space

This 1st floor flat has 2 comfortable bedrooms. Relax in the open plan kitchen/living area, it's great social space. Kick back and relax and sign into your Netflix account with our smart TV, or connect your phone up to the speaker for music. You will also find a dining table & 4 chairs to eat a home cooked meal at or use as a working space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to cook a good meal and comes with basic such as salt, pepper, herbs and oil. You will find tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen too - just don't forget the milk!

The bedroom are comfortable and provide hanging space or drawers for your clothes and items and there is a modern bathroom with shower.

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;

Mon-Sun: 10:00-20:00pm.

IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb.

Other things to note

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
