The space

A tastefully decorated, light and airy apartment with high ceilings. The spacious living room has a huge Bay window allowing light in, 'Shipwreck collection' art, cushions and lampshades from 'Cream Cornwall', a smart TV to log into your Netflix account or stream other services, plenty of dining space and a pull out double sofa bed.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, all the cooking essentials and of course a cafeteria for the coffee lovers!

The main bedroom is spacious with a kingsize bed featuring the 'perfect mattress' from Loaf and you can relax in bed with a movie as there is a smart TV in here too.

The 2nd bedroom has comfortable bunk beds in a cosy, stylish room and the Bathroom features a Bath tub for a nice soak after a day of exploring with a shower over and plenty of space for your toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £500 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £110.

Interaction with guests

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;

Mon-Sun: 10:00-19:00pm

IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message and we will pick it up first thing.
