Wake up in this bright, 1 double bedroom apartment also with double sofa-bed located right in the heart of Southsea. It’s a newly renovated and very well-equipped flat, 10 minutes to the Seafront. We are happy to share our recommendations with our guests to enjoy Southsea at its best!

The apartment is located in a sought-after neighbourhood in Southsea’s central core. You’ll find a huge variety of restaurants, cafes and shops at your doorstep. There is a Farmer's market 30 seconds away, most Sundays. Well worth a trip.

The space

Newly renovated, 2nd floor, sunny flat in a sought after location.
There is one good size double bedroom with comfortable Emma mattress. An open-plan living area which includes an Ikea corner sofa which converts into a double bed. The apartment also has a 43" smart TV with Netflix & live TV, plenty of books & adult games.
Desk for remote working with USB plugs. Fully equipped, modern Kitchen with Washing Machine/Tumble dryer & Coffee Machine.

Travel cot and high chair available to rent in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook. Please advise if these are required for your stay so we can drop them off at the flat beforehand.

The flat is in the heart of Southsea with a shopping precinct adjacent with high-street shops a Waitrose supermarket, Tesco express, restaurants & Cafes in every direction. The flat is in a building with full time tenants so guests will need to be mindful of this and keep noise to a minimum when in the Flat. A ten minute walk to Southsea seafront.

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;

Mon-Sun: 10:00-19:00pm

IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb.

Other things to note

The property is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift in the building.

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.

PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £300 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £80.
