You will be sleeping comfortably in the master bedroom equipped with an Orthopaedic king size mattress, while the little ones decide who takes the top-bunk! With the seafront only a 5 minute stroll away and the apartment filled with games, books and a smart TV you are ensured of a memorable stay. We will consider accepting Pets, do get in touch first!

The space

Wake up on this quiet street and enjoy a coffee from your Gousto Coffee Machine to start the day. This two-bedroom apartment, with kingsize bed and bunkbeds, the top bunk is only suitable for 12 yrs and under.
Comes with an open-space living area which includes a corner sofa, dining table for four and a breakfast bar.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove/oven/microwave/ toaster and cooking utilities to make a nice breakfast. Or we are happy to share our recommendations for the best restaurants and cafes nearby.

There is a secluded patio area out the back complete with table & benches for you to enjoy the sunshine!

Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with gas central heating, games, books and a nice cup of tea.

We will consider pets if you get in touch with us before booking.

Off-road parking is available for 2 cars, but the entrance is narrow.

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;

Mon-Sun: 11:00-20:00

IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb.

Other things to note

Top bunkbed, not suitable for adults.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.

PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £500 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £88.
