Other things to note:

Parking permits will be needed if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before you arrive. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space, however, we cannot guarantee finding a spot to park.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will result in a minimum charge of £80.

There is no washing machine in the property, however, a laundrette is less than a 5 min walk way.

With so much on your doorstep, this studio is in a prime location for discovering vibrant Southsea! With bars, restaurants, shops and hairdressers all within a stone’s throw, there is so much to discover. There is also an amazing coffee and cake shop called The Garage Lounge just opposite – which we highly recommend.
