The space:
Situated a beautiful converted guesthouse, this 1920s-inspired studio has so much to offer. This is one of our larger studios which gives guests ample space to relax and unwind and separates the kitchenette from the living area. The essentials are provided for cooking a light meal, including a single electric hob, microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware.
Through the kitchen is a door to the spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate walk in shower.
The studio comes complete with a wardrobe, dressing table, and a table with chairs for dining or working.There is an easy chair to relax and watch TV, although this can also be converted into a single bed for a child if needed. Just let us know you will need the additional bedding.
The studio sits in the middle of the property, making it perfect for those seeking quieter accommodation away from nearby traffic.
Other things to note:
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.
A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £80.
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.
There is no washing machine in the property, however, a laundrette is less than 5 min walk way.
