This spacious 1920’s terraced House is comfortably spread over three floors, ideal for families sharing, children-friendly with lots to amuse the kids & a great outside area if you fancy dinner in the sunshine!

Comfortable Living room with large sofa, cozy fireplace and TV with on-demand services such as Netflix.

Double Bedroom with smart TV, hanging space for clothes.
An open plan kitchen/dining area with plenty of character. You will also find a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, lots of cooking utensils and a dining table & chairs, breakfast Bar & Bose speaker.

FIRST FLOOR
Two spacious bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. One double and one twin room. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer & hanging space for drying clothes.Stylish shower room with W.C, toiletries.

SECOND FLOOR
A fantastic master bedroom with a super-King Bed, walk-in wardrobe area and a huge en-suite bathroom that has been finished to an extremely high standard, with both a large walk-in shower and large luxury bath.

EV public charger 4 doors down.

If you are driving you will require a visitors parking permit which cost £3.60 per day per vehicle. These can be purchased via the marketplace section in the digital guidebook when send you once you make a booking.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

Check-out: 10am

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR BOOKINGS OF LONG STAYS OF 28 DAYS OR MORE;

A refundable damage deposit of £400 will be required.

The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning following check out for stays of under 28 days. Any additional cleaning required following a long stay will be charged at an hourly rate and deducted from the damage deposit.
