Other things to note:

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

This flat is in an awesome location, right in the middle of Southsea with shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. If you’re looking to relax on the beach, it is just a short 10 minute walk away. Despite being right in the thick of it, this flat is lovely and peaceful, based on the third floor facing a quiet vale away from the main road.
